Kracht! Letselschade processes personal data. We would like to inform you clearly and transparently about this.

We use certain terms in this privacy statement. Below we explain what we mean by the most important ones:

  • Personal data: information that directly or indirectly says something about you, such as your name, email address, or other personal details.
  • Processing: everything that can be done with personal data — for example, collecting, storing, using, or deleting your data from our administration.

From whom does Kracht! Letselschade process personal data?

We process personal data from people with whom we have, wish to have, or have had a direct or indirect relationship. These include, for example, personal data of:

  • Clients
  • Persons from companies showing interest in our products and services
  • Persons connected to a company or organization with which we wish to establish, have, or have had a relationship

Who is responsible for the processing of personal data?

Kracht! Letselschade has five offices that use (and thus process) personal data:

  • Office Amstelveen
  • Office Hoofddorp
  • Office Hoorn
  • Office Rotterdam
  • Office Vaassen

Kracht! Letselschade Office Vaassen is the responsible contact point for all five locations.

For what purposes do we process personal data?

  1. We need the data in order to establish a relationship with you. For instance, we can send you more relevant information if we know which sector you and your organization operate in.
  2. We also want to maintain a good relationship and be able to carry out assignments for you. Your personal data allows us to stay in contact — for example, we need a contact person’s name in order to send an invoice.
  3. We wish to continuously improve our products and services. For that reason, we regularly ask our relations for feedback. It is then important to know to whom we are asking questions, and what kind of organization they represent.
  4. For promotional and marketing purposes, we can send you relevant information about new developments and better respond to your needs. We always ask for your permission for this (in accordance with telecommunications law).
  5. For archiving purposes. Even if we no longer have an active relationship, we may use the data for scientific, historical, or statistical purposes.

How does Kracht! Letselschade handle your data?

Your personal data is stored carefully and not kept longer than necessary for the purpose for which it was processed. Within Kracht! Letselschade, your personal data can only be used by employees who, given their role, must have access to it. Our employees are bound by a duty of confidentiality.

Sometimes we engage third parties to process personal data on our behalf. For example, a printing company that handles a client mailing for us and prints names and addresses on envelopes, or personalizes an email. We may only engage third parties if this is consistent with the purpose for which we processed your personal data — for example, for promotional and marketing purposes. Such a third party can only be engaged if it demonstrably takes appropriate security measures and guarantees confidentiality.

Your personal data may also be shared with third parties that we engage in our business operations or in the performance of our services — for example, in the management of our accounts receivable. Personal data may also be provided to third parties if we have a legal obligation to do so. Kracht! Letselschade does not sell or rent out personal data.

Which rules apply to Kracht! Letselschade when processing personal data?
