Objectives of the NKL are:

Quality standards and assessment
Kracht! Letselschade meets the requirements of the Representatives Regulation and is authorized to display the NKL quality mark until February 2029. The strict quality standards have been established in cooperation with the sector. The NKL has seven regulations for the various professional groups:
