Since the founding of Harry’s personal injury practice, I’ve been supporting him with administrative tasks. With many years of experience as an account manager at various insurance companies, my strength lies in working with people. Through genuine attention and a listening ear, clients feel comfortable sharing their stories and quickly feel at ease.

Experience and expertise

After completing my studies in Commercial Economics, I worked for many years as an account manager, completing various courses and training programs in communication, active listening, and psychology.

In 2011, I started as a host at Inloophuis Pisa in Hoorn — a place for people with cancer and their loved ones. There, I discovered my passion for guiding people through grief and loss.

Since 2015, alongside my work for Kracht! Letselschade, I have run my own practice for grief and loss counselling, where I offer:

  • Counselling and coaching: helping both young people and adults rediscover their strength after a loss.
  • Individual grief and loss support: personal guidance in my private counselling practice.
  • Aftercare for bereaved families: working with funeral directors to support clients after a loss.

These experiences shape my daily work at Kracht! Letselschade Hoorn, where I support clients and families with empathy, understanding, and genuine care.

I believe in the power of genuine attention and compassionate listening to help people find their way through difficult times.
